*1. Acceptance of Terms*
By accessing or using the Investyze platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
*2. About the Service*
Investyze is a real estate investment analysis platform that provides financial modelling, cashflow simulations, loan calculations, portfolio tracking, and AI-driven insights. All outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute regulated financial, investment, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.
*3. Eligibility*
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If using Investyze on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
*4. Account Responsibility*
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@investyze.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
*5. Subscriptions & Billing*
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. New annual subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
*6. Acceptable Use*
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or misuse the platform. You must not use Investyze for any unlawful purpose or in any way that harms other users or the integrity of the Service.
*7. Intellectual Property*
Investyze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, investment decisions made based on platform outputs, or indirect damages of any nature. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
*9. Termination*
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained as required by law and then permanently deleted.
*10. Privacy & Data Protection*
Investyze complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese data protection law. The data controller is Investyze, operating in Lisbon, Portugal.
*What we collect:*
Name, email, company details, billing information, property and financial data you input, and platform usage data.
*How we use it:*
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send support communications, and comply with legal obligations. With your consent, to send marketing updates.
*Data sharing:*
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers under GDPR-compliant agreements, and when required by law.
*Retention:*
Account data is kept for 3 years after closure. Billing records are retained for 10 years under Portuguese fiscal law. Marketing data is deleted upon unsubscription.
*Your rights under GDPR:*
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, contact privacy@investyze.com. You may also file a complaint with the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
